The clothing of ichtira’m (dutch-phonetic for Arab ‘respect’) has been inspired by a combination of the Arab and Western culture. The initiators live in the Netherlands, but are proud of their Arab roots.

“The Arab culture is too beautiful to be ignored. We like Western clothing, but our traditional clothing feels familiar. In our clothing we combine those two worlds.”

ichtira’m is initiated by a group of professional fighters, among who Badr Hari, Mosab Amrani, and Amir Zeyada.
